Elevated Worldwide was founded when Founder, Tony Child regonized the need to not just provide great information but more important teach, coach and guide individuals and teams through a proven process. Enter Co-Founder, Angie Smart who saw the same thing so they joined forces to create a company focused on helping clients around the globe find greater results in business and in life through shifting and changing the way one looks at life. It is based on years of research and the experience of some the world’s greatest thought leaders on the subjects of success, positive psychology, and leadership. Elevated Worldwide is centered in providing systems to change and not just events to be motivated.


Tony Child

Owner/Founder

Tony graduated summa cum laude from Utah Valley University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. He also studied research found in academia from universities such as Harvard, Stanford, Penn, and UC Davis on positive psychology and the links between communication and positive psychology. This research led him to create the first ever “Power of Positivity” course taught at Utah Valley University.

Tony worked in the banking industry for over 15 years as a regional sales manager. In his role as a sales manager, Tony created and facilitated training for over 20 offices and more than 100 employees. His courses consisted of positive thinking, leadership development, sales mindset, persistence, and communication.

Tony has been fortuate to have as mentors John C. Maxwell, Bob Proctor and a number of other experts in the field of personal growth and development. As well as a certified coach for the John Maxwell Team and a Thinking Into Results certifiedt facilitator for the Proctor Gallagher Institute, Tony is also a certified DISC trainer for Personality Insights Inc. Tony loves life and chooses every day to be happy and make others’ lives better.

Angie Smart

Co-Owner

Angie’s passion is helping individuals see their real potential and teach them tools to empower and uplift them so they can reach their BIG goals. She has found that life will give you whatever price you ask and she chooses to live her life in a big way everyday.

Angie had the burning questions of why divorce, why me, why now?  She began to re-evaluate her life and that led to a love of studying topics such as; Decision Making, Human Behavior, Neurobiology, Positive Thinking, Universal Laws and the amazing powers of Thought Processes. Her studies led her to Bob Proctor and the Proctor Gallagher Institute. She knew she wanted to help others create the big shifts in their lives as well as she wanted to be mentored by the leading guru in Thinking, so she signed up to be a consultant to facilitate the Thinking Into Results program produced by the Proctor Gallagher Institute and taught by Bob Proctor. She spent the last five years in Seattle, Wa where she had the opportunity to teach emotional health and mentor individuals helping them to achieve the desired results they were seeking. 

Angie is the mother of 4 amazing children. She loves to spend time with family, travel, be outside in nature and can always be found studying good books. She coaches individuals and groups and is always using her creative faculties to be and do more.

Brian Bozarth

Senior Corporate Account Executive

Brian Bozarth graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Finance. He spent 10 years assisting High Net Worth individuals managing and structuring their investment portfolios and consulting with Financial Institutions, advising them on bond portfolio structure from an asset / liability management perspective.  The last 20 years Brian has spent in the dynamic telecommunications  industry, serving in many capacities such as, Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, State Director and Director of Sales, In 2008 Brian founded his own technology consulting company driving growth between 2009 and 2015 in excess of 47% annually. Brian has long been a student of success, reading and studying hundreds of the top  books on the subject of human potential and achievement. Brian is passionate about helping individuals and businesses to achieve their goals and dreams. Brian is a Certified Consultant for the Thinking into Results program developed by Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher of the Proctor Gallagher Institute.

Nicole Kernohan

Division Director

Nicole has always had a passion coach others to improve their results. She graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada with an Honours Bachelor of Business degree. Nicole worked for 10 years at a large Canadian corporation in strategy, merchandising and business consulting, demonstrating an ability to deliver exceptional results and lead effective teams

With a desire to help others improve their lives and a strong business background, Nicole opened a health food franchise, which she operated for 3 years.  Her experiences led her to study one of the best teachers in the world on personal development and success, Bob Proctor.

Nicole is now a Certified Thinking Into Results Consultant, coaching individuals and businesses on how to use the power of the mind to achieve real change and permanent results.
